ray's STORY

Why am I the Luckiest Guy in the World?

As I continue to observe “The Luckiest People in the World,”

I continue to personally design the life I want to live.

Here’s where I am.

I’m 78 years old. A few years ago, I sold my 45-year-old financial advisory business to a team that I carefully chose to be caretakers of my clients, many of whom have become personal friends. This done, I immediately started a new business, one based on my strengths, skills, passions and what I feel is needed and important. I can stay in this business for as long as I like and I have flexible hours that let me engage in other activities that fascinate and motivate me.

I am a two-time All American US Masters swimmer.  I am looking forward to competing in my 80’s, 90’s and perhaps beyond. Swimming is an important part of my health and fitness plan.

Sandy, my wife of over 55 years, and I have traveled the world. We’ve been on all seven continents and we’ve been to 47 of the 50 states. And this is just a start!

As the eloquent Dr. Seuss once said:

“Oh the places we’ll go, the people we’ll meet and the things we’ll do.”

I am “The Luckiest Guy in the World.”

Let me show YOU how to become one of “the Luckiest People in the World.”
